My mornings of sorrow
\nare shrouded in pain.
\nThis “ideal” lifestyle
\nis crumbling into dust.
\nHope is shattered.
\nLife has imploded
\ninto the sands of time.<\/p>\n

Tears like crystal ball snowflakes
\nfleck with happiness
\ntwirling with the forces
\nof false emotion,
\nas myriad feelings
\nreflect on mirrors
\ndulled by pain
\nand the dust of age.
\nEmpty household memories
\nfill my mind’s eye.<\/p>\n

But tomorrow,
\nhope will peek through the clouds again,
\nand try to banish the bleakness
\nof this lonely existence.
\nHelp me find the will to trust,
\nand believe in You again.<\/p>\n
