\"Keeping<\/a>Most days I am like the Sun, bright, energetic, warm, smiling and bigger than life. Then there are those days when I describe myself as falling raindrops, my emotions landing here, there and everywhere. Oh! I long to be the Sun everyday.<\/p>\n

Most of my raindrops I bring on myself because I want to do everything. I want to be an attentive wife, a loving parent and grandparent, a needed daughter, my dog Orchid\u2019s companion, a loyal and GOOD friend. I want to write my daily blog, I want to work out, make sure the fridge is well-stocked, make social engagements, pay our bills on time, text my grandchildren, listen to family issues, return emails, and on and on. The problem, there are just so many hours in a day!<\/p>\n

Fortunately I have one \u201cray\u201d of hope. The Sun. Because for some fortunate reason which I cannot explain, I am blessed with \u201cthose rays of Sun\u201d that radiate into my soul, and I feel peace that I have the opportunity to have a loving husband and family to cater to, money to pay our bills, my loving dog that cannot stop kissing me, the desire to stay fit, my \u201cneeded purpose\u201d with GrammaGood.com, and my social network of friends in my life that \u201cpique my fancy.\u201d<\/p>\n

So keep those raindrops coming, because without them I would not be \u201cTHE SUN.\u201d<\/p>\n

The moral of the story:\u00a0You may not have time to smell the flowers because of the fullness of your life\u2026but just think\u2026how lucky is that! \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Do Something GOOD Today: Don\u2019t be too hard on yourself! Prioritize your \u201cto do\u201d list, and do what you can while still enjoying life.<\/p>\n
