When we are tired, stressed out and overwhelmed the mole hill looks like a mountain.\u00a0 Have you re-charged your inner powering system recently?\u00a0 First check your breathing and reset.\u00a0 Then check where your shoulders are, if they are hovering around your ears…. breathe some more! Relax and release.<\/p><\/div>\n

I love the sun it helps with creating a powerful imagine of Spirit\u2019s Light filling me up!\u00a0 Go stand or sit in the sunlight.\u00a0 Early morning is a wonderful time-of-day.\u00a0 The light is soft and new.\u00a0 Imagine that one bold ray of light is entering your body through the top of your head.\u00a0 This light is warm and loving.\u00a0 This is God\u2019s Light and as it enters through your crown move the Light throughout your body, \u201cI AM Light and Love!\u201d\u00a0 Massage each and every cell in your body with this gift of Spirit.\u00a0 Hold the Light inward.\u00a0 Connect with your High Spirit and warm your Soul.\u00a0 Recharge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
To stay in love alignment we sometimes have to fall out of love to feel the difference.\u00a0 We have to fall out of alignment to know that we were in alignment.\u00a0 Recharging can bring us back.<\/div>\n
