\"\"<\/a>I have already lost a baby.
\nI have already lost
\nholidays with a little one.
\nI have lost
\npeanut butter fingerprints in the kitchen
\nand unidentifiable globs
\nleft in tiny pockets.
\nI have lost a first date,
\na high school graduation,
\ngrandchildren.
\nI have lost a part of myself.<\/p>\n

Now here I am once again,
\nnew life and new possibility growing inside of me.
\nI rejoice in this second chance.
\nBut I am also so afraid.
\nPlease stay with me now, as You always have.
\nI pray most desperately for a healthy baby,
\nfor a complete family, for all of those lost moments regained.<\/p>\n

But I pray also for contentment in each day,
\nfor myself and for my husband.
\nGrant us both steady hearts
\nas we learn to embrace joy in the face of fear.
\nMake us loving partners to each other,
\nand give us the strength of spirit to trust in You.<\/p>\n

Please always be around us and within us,
\nblessing us and holding us.
\nBe the center and support of our family,
\nso that we will always be complete in You.<\/p>\n
