\nHebrews 4:9-10<\/p>\n

The sages debate why God made the seventh day one of rest. One great thinker said Man needs the Sabbath to balance the week of work. Another said no, Man needs work for contrast, so he could enjoy the Sabbath properly. For many, the Sabbath is simply a gift from God. Hebrews 4:9-10 teaches us that just as we are made in God’s image, and we are to meant to mirror His actions. Rest from work, and feel renewal and peace of mind that comes from Sabbath observance.<\/p>\n
