First column:

\nHealthy
\nReasonably Prosperous
\nSecure
\nTrue Friends
\nGood Family Relationships
\nPeace of Mind
\nHope<\/p>\n

The next two columns are simple:
\nPlus and Minus<\/p>\n

Ask yourself questions about whether you are happy, healthy etc. and whether you have true friends, good family relations etc.\u00a0 Give yourself a plus or minus. Take a look at the results and you\u2019ll be able to see where you are.<\/p>\n
