If you don\u2019t want to ruin the surprise, stop reading now!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/359\/2013\/10\/dove-award-logo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-55 alignleft\" alt=\"dove award logo\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/359\/2013\/10\/dove-award-logo.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Matt Redman, TobyMac and Tasha Cobbs were the big winners at last night\u2019s presentation of the 44<sup>th<\/sup> Annual GMA Dove Awards. Hosted by Amy Grant and Kirk Franklin, the award show was presented at Lipscomb University\u2019s Allen Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. This marks the first year that the Dove Awards were given in the fall and the first year to honor faith-based films.<\/p>\n<p>Matt Redman and his song, \u201c10,000 Reasons\u201d won five awards including beating out 20 others for Song of the Year. He also won for Songwriter of the Year, Contemporary Christian Performance, Pop\/Contemporary Song and Praise &amp; Worship Song.<\/p>\n<p>TobyMac can in second winning four awards for Artist of the Year, Pop\/Contemporary Album, Recorded Music Packaging and Short Form Video.
