But now &#8230; if you&#8217;re on WW &#8230; it&#8217;s up to you.  Eat till sated.<br \/>\n<strong> WINTER FRUIT SALAD<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cups fresh pineapple chunks<br \/>\n2 firm bananas, peeled, sliced<br \/>\n1 c. seedless grapes, green<br \/>\n1 c. seedless grapes, red<br \/>\n1 c. sliced oranges<br \/>\n1 c. pitted dates<br \/>\n1\/4 cup raisins<br \/>\nMix together in large bowl.<br \/>\nDo spoon yourself out a nice, healthy portion and eat until sated.<br \/>\nRemember:  Even though WW has deemed these foods point free, you don&#8217;t want to eat till you can&#8217;t breath.
