And just today, yet another study reported that Americans are not eating enough vegetables.<br \/>\nDid you know that a diet that is high in fruits and vegetables will not only help reduce the risk of many leading causes of death, but that it will also help you to manage your weight?<br \/>\nHere&#8217;s to your health and happiness!
