I was in need of a boost!  My first instinct was to stop at the local shopping center and grab a cup of coffee, but &#8211; as luck would have it &#8211; I was distracted by a flower vender.  She was selling the most incredible pink Gerberas ever! Needless to say, I bought a few bunches of Gerberas.  I was so taken with them that I forgot about the coffee and headed went home.  As soon as I arrived home, I &#8216;dropped my baggage,&#8217; poured poured water in a vase, and while I was at it, I poured myself a glass of water.   While drinking my water, I arranged the flowers in their water.  I placed the flowers on the table and stood back so that I could fully admire them (and my happy floral arrangement).  I took in a deep breath, and on the out breath, s deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for nature, for life, for flowers and water washed over me..And there you have it. I had inadvertently stumbled upon the &#8220;Ultimate 3-Punch Renewable Energy Cure.&#8221; The next time you are feeling in need of an energy lift, a mood lift &#8230; any kind of lift, start with flowers!
