They go way back or weigh back, all the way back to 2001, when Janice Taylor, your Weight Loss Coach (that’s me) first rolled out of bed (literally) and set off on her journey to Sveltesville.

\nIn order to make weight loss as much fun as possible, Our Lady of Weight Loss and Bob Dylan (so OLofWL says)<\/em> came up with a fun version of Bob’s song, “The Times They Are A-Changin’.”
\nOLofWL taught it to me, and today, I shall pass it on to you – with a special shout out, birthday wishes and thanks to Bob for his help!!!
\nAs you rid yourself of the ‘devil’s food,’ feel free to sing it loud!

\nCome gather ’round fat cells
\nwherever you hide,
