Much to my delight, i-Village.com picked up one of my thirst quenching, fat burning water tips!!!  Here it is!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivillage.com\/thirsty-make-sure-your-water-s-cold\/121821#content\">Don&#8217;t sip your water.<\/a> Instead, drink it fast and ice cold, says Janice Taylor, weight loss coach, author and creator of the Kick in the Tush Club, which inspires dieters to stay on track. &#8220;Eight glasses of water, spaced well through the day, gives a metabolic boost that equals approximately 25 calories per glass,&#8221; Taylor says. Your body has to put in some effort to warm that water, which leads to more calories burned.<br \/>\nAnd for those of you who are water phobic, here are some fabulous ways for you to jazz it up!<br \/>\n<strong>Lemons, limes, grapefruits, oranges &#8230; oh my!<\/strong> Serve up a large iced-pitcher of water, toss in some sliced-up citrus with a twig or two of fresh mint! And wowzer, you&#8217;ve just created an amazingly beautiful, fragrant and festive mineral water.<br \/>\n<strong>Fizzle Me Orange<\/strong>! Crack up a bottle of sparkling water a.k.a. seltzer or club soda, and mix in 2 ounces of orange juice, or any of your favorite citrus juices. Add more or less to taste.<br \/>\n<strong>Berry Mash-Up! <\/strong>Mash up blueberries or raspberries (or both) and add sparkling water. And, oh yes, if you want to add a splash of red wine to your dinner water, feel free! Am I reading your mind???<br \/>\n<strong>Sophisticated Savory!<\/strong> Grab a handful of fresh herbs from your herb garden! Infuse your water with rosemary, parsley, mint &#8230; go herb crazy!<br \/>\n<strong>Cucumber Fresh<\/strong>! Slice a half a cucumber nice and thin and add it to your iced water.
