What are you &#8216;gaining&#8217; from Lent?<\/em><br \/>\nI am so inspired by the emails that y&#8217;all are sending me; telling me what you are giving up and\/or adding to your lives during Lent (<em>the 40-day liturgical season that begins on Ash Wednesday and concludes at the Great Vigil of Easter<\/em>)!<br \/>\nSome are giving up &#8230;<br \/>\n&#8230; <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/ourladyofweightloss\/2008\/11\/weight-loss-tip-5-steps-to-kil.html\">SUGAR<\/a>! most especially <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/ourladyofweightloss\/2008\/08\/the-truthiness-about-high-fruc.html\"> HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP<\/a>!   (gaining health)<br \/>\n&#8230; adding <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/ourladyofweightloss\/2008\/12\/back-on-the-wagon-now-13-small.html\">WALKING<\/a> to their lives.
