Stop pondering, mulling over&#8230;Stop Worrying!<br \/>\nHow to STOP Worrying?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nPretend&#8230;that&#8217;s right <em><strong>PRETEND!!! and Remember&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pretend SMILE:<\/strong> When you smile, not only does the whole world smile with you, but also your body produces chemicals that give a boost to your health. And dig this \u2026 it doesn\u2019t have to be a genuine smile, coming from your heart. A pretend smile will do the trick!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pretend Laugh:<\/strong> You\u2019ve heard the expression \u201claughter is the best medicine,\u201d haven\u2019t you? Well, it\u2019s true. Not only does laughter increase your adrenaline and improve your health, it burns calories, too. And \u2013 you guessed it, \u2018pretend laugh\u2019 will manifest the same benefits; increase health, decrease worry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pretend Exercise:<\/strong> You don\u2019t have to join a gym, or full out exercise to feel better and let go the concerns of the day. You can simply walk from here to there and back again. You can wiggle your tush. The very fact that you are \u2018moving,\u2019 will help you to move away from worry!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pretend It\u2019s All Right:<\/strong> After dinner, a few hours before bed, take your worries and mentally place them on the high shelf in the back of your closet and pretend it\u2019s all right.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REMEMBER:<\/strong>\u00a0 Worrying is a waste of your imagination!<\/p>\n<p>Try pretending on for size!\u00a0 Join with the world&#8217;s best pretenders!
