When we thumbed through our notes, various quotes and collages, we stumbled upon “When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace.” (by Anonymous)\u00a0 We simultaneously took in a deep cleansing breath and realized, “what better way to start the New Year than with a deep cleansing breath.”<\/p>\n
