Instead of heading for the refrigerator, here are some stress management tips that should help ease the pressures of life!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breathe.<\/strong> No kidding! Taking in a few deep cleansing breaths and slowing down does wonders. Are you ready? Breathe deep\u2026. inhale, exhale. Ahhhhhh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Change your routine<\/strong>. Shake it up baby. If you\u2019ve been sitting all day, get up! Let\u2019s get physical! Stretch. Walk. And \u2026 if you\u2019ve been lifting heavy boxes <em>(anyone out there lifting???)<\/em>, then sit down and take a load off. Think deep thoughts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keep things in perspective<\/strong>. When you find yourself in an emotional twist, ask yourself \u2026 \u201cWill this matter in ten years? Five years? Tomorrow? In ten minutes?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Smile and Laugh<\/strong>. Every chance you get. (<em>Laugh lines are sexy!)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Add Vitamin C to your diet<\/strong>. Studies show that vitamin C knocks out the secretion of stress hormones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pray<\/strong>: Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. ~ Isaiah 26:3<\/p>\n<div class=\"copy-paste-block\"><strong>Chant<\/strong>: Aum Mani Padme Hum (pronounced \u201cOm mahnay pahdmay hoom\u201d).
