Recently, I was hanging out with a few friends who are considerably younger than I, who haven\u2019t fully ingested the fact that life doesn\u2019t always go according to plan. In fact, life rarely mirrors our imaginings, which does not mean that we shouldn\u2019t dream, plan and go after what we want. Nor does it mean that life isn\u2019t absolutely fabulous.<\/p>\n

It simply means that life is more a roller coaster ride than a smooth sailing happening. Life is a circular, not linear; and while you may have some amount of influence over the outcome, it is far from entirely under your control.<\/p>\n

Therefore, if you want to be happy<\/em><\/strong>, you\u2019ve really got to \u2018let go\u2019 and simply \u2018be present\u2019 and accepting of what is!<\/p>\n
