This time, as I head off into the sunset for the weekend, I jotted down a quick check list of things I want to fully remember and live by these next few days!<br \/>\nPerhaps, they will help you be a Weekend Weight Loss Warrior, as well!<br \/>\n1. Drink lots and lots of water and then some more.<br \/>\n2. Savor the flavor.<br \/>\n3. Chew slowly.<br \/>\n4. Eat plenty of greens.<br \/>\n5. Eat root vegetables.<br \/>\n6. Have a nutritious smoothie for breakfast (instead of the free pastries).<br \/>\n7. Upgrade your chocolate from dark chocolate to organic chocolate. (one fabulous treat!)<br \/>\n8. Toss those artificial sweeteners. (They trigger sugar cravings! Plus, they can&#8217;t be good for us? No?)<br \/>\n9. Eat whole grains<br \/>\n10. Avoid &#8216;white flour.&#8217;  (It&#8217;s been 10 days now, since I&#8217;m off the white stuff. I&#8217;ll write more about it after it&#8217;s been a month!)<br \/>\n11. Let go of &#8216;white sugar.&#8217;<br \/>\n12. Eat more beans and legumes.<br \/>\n13. Discover Indian spices.<br \/>\n14. Eat seasonally.  (For restaurant ordering!)<br \/>\n15. Do NOT skip meals.<br \/>\n16. Eat breakfast for sure.<br \/>\n17. Eat lightly in the evening.<br \/>\n18. Make lunch your main meal.<br \/>\n19. Add avocado &#8211; a good fat &#8211; to your salad.<br \/>\n20.
