Playing with your Ken and Barbie dolls?<\/p>\n<p>If you find that you are all too often foraging for food, searching for snacks, or rummaging for rations, you need to get a life! A life filled with passion and play!<\/p>\n<p>Truth be told, human beings are passionate and when that enthusiastic energy isn&#8217;t actively pursued or channeled into one thrilling adventure or another, we can and do get lost in food thoughts and well, food!<\/p>\n<p>While you are figuring out what your passion might be, here are some activities that will move you away from food thoughts and toward life! Let&#8217;s get your &#8216;upward&#8217; spiral in motion. Get the positive energy swirling.<\/p>\n<p>First &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 <strong>Turn off the TV!<\/strong> According to a study from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington, women who watched television for more than two hours a day suffered from higher rates of depression than those who used their time wisely, say by &#8230; picking up a book!<\/p>\n<p>-and\/or-<\/p>\n<p>2. Create a playlist for your i-Pod of mp3 or is it mp4?<br \/>\n3. Play games with your friends and relatives. Dominoes is big time fun!<br \/>\n4. Organize old photos.<br \/>\n5. Craft yourself silly.<br \/>\n6. Make a Mac &amp; Cheese Altar to Our Lady of Weight Loss!<br \/>\n7. Take a walk.<br \/>\n8. Soak in a hot tub.<br \/>\n9. Visit a museum.<br \/>\n10. Do a crossword puzzle.<br \/>\n11. Learn a new language.<br \/>\n12. Take a dance class.<br \/>\n13. Write a weight loss haiku.<br \/>\n14. Learn something new.<br \/>\n15. Travel to a foreign land.<br \/>\n16. Make up a story.<br \/>\n17. Declutter.<br \/>\n18. Have sex (protected, legal, etc.!)<br \/>\n19. Lift weights.<br \/>\n20. Stretch.<br \/>\n21. Do Yoga.<br \/>\n22. Take a nap.<br \/>\n23. Call a friend.<br \/>\n24. Walk your dog; walk your neighbor&#8217;s dog.<br \/>\n25.
