Clutter never feels good. \u00a0As best you can, clear your space for the people, the food and good energy.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif\"><b>Pretend to Be a Cat<\/b>\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 Cats observe. You be the observer.\u00a0 Let the rest of life spin around you, while you stay centered.\u00a0 Let others spin, chase their tails, and\/or run in circles; while you stay centered.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif\"><b>Breathe<\/b> <b>\/ Meditate<\/b> \u2013 Periodically, throughout the day, take in 5 deep belly breaths; exhale through your mouth.\u00a0 Ahhhhh \u2026.\u00a0\u00a0 You can\u2019t help but to feel more centered and calm.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif\"><b>Add Wonder to the Table.<\/b>\u2013 Nature is a grounding force that connects us to the Source, to God, to ourselves.\u00a0 When we encounter a beautiful flower, we can\u2019t help but to be in awe.\u00a0 Wonder arises.\u00a0 Place a beautiful vase of flowers on the table, perhaps a plant or two and\/or a pumpkin at your front door.\u00a0 Let the wonderment flow.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif\"><b>Aromatherapy<\/b> \u2013 Aromatherapy works by stimulating smell receptors in the nose, which, in turn, send messages through the nervous system to the limbic system \u2014 the part of the brain that controls emotions.\n<p>It is believe that the following essential oils can create a pleasant serenity:\u00a0 Lavender, melissa, myrrh, bergamot, cardamom, chamomile, cypress, frankincense, rose, pine, vanilla, marjoram, neroli, nutmeg, patchouli, and orange\/lime.<\/p>\n<p>Place a few drop of your favorite essential oil on a cotton ball, put in purse or pants.\u00a0 Take in deep aroma breathes throughout the day!<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif\"><b>Play Soft and Slow Music <\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Music causes the body to release endorphins.\u00a0\u00a0 Slow music slows the breath and the heartbeat. Music calms!<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif\"><b>Feel Comfortable in Your Own Skin<\/b>\u2026 Is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">(your name here)<\/span> happy with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">(your name here)<\/span>?
