and <i>keep happiness and hope alive<\/i>?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Seriously, Tushkateers, devotees of OLofWL and those who have mysteriously landed on this page (divine intervention?!?)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;What 6 things can you do right now that will boost your energy, as well as keep happiness and hope alive???<\/p>\n<p>Share below of join <a Spend 3.17 minutes chanting \u201cOm Sri Rama Jay Rama Jaya Jaya Rama\u201d \u2013 108 times.<\/li>\n<li><b>Flowers:<\/b>\u00a0 Arrange fresh cut flowers in at least one vase, and refresh daily with clean water and new flowers, when necessary.<\/li>\n<li><b>Journal:<\/b>\u00a0 Set a timer and write \u2013 stream of consciousness \u2013 for the first 15 to 30 minutes of the day.\u00a0 You will be amazed and surprised at what this can and will do for you.<\/li>\n<li><b>Walk, Swim, Float \u2026 Move:<\/b>\u00a0 Again, you cannot even imagine what daily movement can and will do for you.\u00a0 It clears the mind, and refreshes energy.<\/li>\n<li><b>Cook Something.<\/b>\u00a0 And I use the word \u201ccook\u201d loosely.\u00a0 At a minimum, whip up something of extreme nourishment.<\/li>\n<li><b>Inspirational Reading<\/b>:\u00a0 Read a short passage from a book that inspires daily.\u00a0 Needless to say, but I&#8217;ll say it anyway, both of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ourladyofweightloss.com\/books-art\/books\/\" target=\"_blank\">Our Lady of Weight Loss&#8217;s Books<\/a> are chock-a-block, overflowing with inspiration!Now, it&#8217;s your
