Email yourself a note every day.\u00a0 Consider it your &#8216;stress relief&#8217; email address, used only for this purpose.\u00a0\u00a0 It is a solely a dumping ground.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0 <strong>Write Short Notes to Yourself on Index Cards,<\/strong> thus limiting the amount you can say and deposit them in an old-school cigar box (or container of your choice).\u00a0 Again, only for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0 <strong>Cut Out a Picture<\/strong> or two to go with your words from a magazine.\u00a0 Using your glue stick, attach images to paper and collage your stress away.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0 <strong>Text Message Yourself<\/strong> every time you are stressed to your last nerve.\u00a0 Write it. Send it. Read it.
