Your intestinal track?\u00a0 Can anything glide through it???\u00a0 A deficiency of water can alter the concentration of electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, and chloride.\u00a0 Water has a profound effect on brain function and energy levels!<\/p>\n<p>They say that you should drink at least half your body weight in ounces of fresh water daily!\u00a0 For instance, if you weigh 180 pounds, you require approximately 90 ounces of water (11 glasses); if you weigh 130 pounds, you require approximately 65 ounces of water (8 glasses).\u00a0 Let&#8217;s all agree to increase the amount of water we are currently drinking.\u00a0 I know that you think you&#8217;ll have to stop at every bathroom from here to Timbuktu, but not true.\u00a0 Your body will adjust rather quickly and happily!<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>CLEAR YOUR CLUTTER &#8230; a.k.a.
