For lunch, for a snack?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As you know <em>(and maybe resist doing???)<\/em>, being prepared is a an important aspect to healthy weight management, and I am happy to report that I have a good deal of ingredients on hand! I am prepared!!! Glory Be.<\/p>\n<p>I have some grapes, oranges, apples ready to go!\u00a0 And after I post this delish blog-post, I am going to whip up one or two Banana Roll-Ups.\u00a0 A major 5 yum happening!<\/p>\n<p>Join with?\u00a0 The banana rolls and\/or the workshop <em>(There&#8217;s still time! It ain&#8217;t over till it&#8217;s over!)<\/em>!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Banana Roll-Up \u2013 Snack, Sandwich, Breakfast or Lunch !!! <\/strong>(2 bonus recipes below!
