Apparently, the apple boosts your satiety levels, helping you to eat less!<\/p>\n<p>To boost satiety levels: Eat one fresh, raw, happy apple 15 minutes before a meal!<br \/>\nTo boost dessert happiness levels: Bake up these apple chips!<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Spicy Apple Chips<\/strong><br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n* 2 medium apples<br \/>\n* freshly squeezed lime juice<br \/>\n* a dash here and there of cinnamon<br \/>\n<strong>Directions<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Pre-heat oven to 250 \u00b0F (120 \u00b0C).<br \/>\n2. Slice apples as thin as humanly possible, discarding both ends.<br \/>\n3.
