You can easily and effortlessly whip up one of these homemade, handmade smoothies.  Each power packed with fresh ingredients, proven to keep you energized and full for hours!!!<br \/>\nSet your blenders on high, and get ready to get your morning mojo movin&#8217; with these scrumptious and satisfying smoothies!<br \/>\nOh &#8211; and a bonus.   I&#8217;ve included &#8220;Heavenly Chocolate&#8221; smoothie for an end of the day treat!!!<br \/>\nBottoms up!<br \/>\n<strong>It&#8217;s a Pineapple Morning<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup low fat milk<br \/>\n1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla low-fat Greek yogurt<br \/>\n1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice, un-drained<br \/>\n1 scoop ice<br \/>\nHoney to taste.<br \/>\nToss in blender! Pour. Drink. Enjoy.<br \/>\n<strong>Banana Strawberry Smoothie<\/strong><br \/>\n1 medium banana, sliced and frozen<br \/>\n1 5-6 oz. Container Greek yogurt, low-fat or no-fat<br \/>\n1 cup sliced fresh strawberries<br \/>\nHoney to taste<br \/>\n1 cup 1% or skim milk<br \/>\nToss in blender! Pour. Drink. Enjoy.<br \/>\n<strong>Blueberry Smoothie<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup orange juice<br \/>\n1\/2 cup plain, low-fat or no-fat Greek yogurt<br \/>\n1\/2 cup blueberries, washed, stemmed<br \/>\nHoney to taste.<br \/>\nA handful or ice (add more or less, depending on how you like it).<br \/>\nToss in blender! Pour. Drink. Enjoy.<br \/>\n<strong>Heavenly Chocolate<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup milk, 2%, 1% or skim<br \/>\n1 banana<br \/>\n1\/4 cup chocolate drink mix (or hot coco drink mix; can use low-cal if you like)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup vanilla Greek low-fat yogurt<br \/>\nHoney to taste.<br \/>\nToss in blender! Pour. Drink.
