How to Lose Weight w.Out Losing Your Mind<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>1.\u00a0 Stock Your Office<\/strong> &#8230; with the <strong>RIGHT STUFF<\/strong>!\u00a0 If there\u2019s a refrigerator\/freezer and a microwave, you are set!\u00a0 Here are a few foods that you can buy, stock, and eat!\u00a0 Say NO to Office Food; Say YES to your health!!!<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><em>Suggested List of Foods to Keep on Hand in the OFFICE<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p>String Cheese<br \/>\nLow-fat\/Low-cal Yogurt<br \/>\nHard Boiled Eggs<br \/>\nBaked Chips<br \/>\n94% Fat-Free Microwavable Popcorn<br \/>\nRaw Vegetables and plenty of them<br \/>\nFresh Fruit and some more fresh fruit<br \/>\nVegetable Juice<br \/>\nSeltzer \/ Water<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><strong>2.\u00a0 Eat Breakfast! Preferably, before you arrive at the scene!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/strong>If you are hungry, you are much more likely to lose control.\u00a0 Have a happy breakfast each morning.\u00a0 Make it a part of your daily ritual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0 Eat Lunch!<br \/>\n<\/strong>Take at least 20 minutes to a half hour (if not the full hour) to get away from your desk and have lunch.\u00a0 Take a break and breathe. If ordering out is a problem, brown bag it.\u00a0 Be prepared!<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0 Just Say \u201cNo!\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong>If the food pusher is still pushing sheet cake \u2013 insisting that you have just one piece for this special occasion, just say NO, with conviction. &#8220;NO!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\u00a0 Office Food Labels<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are tired of people eating your food <em>(Truly annoying, isn&#8217;t it?\u00a0 They&#8217;re not even watching their weight but their eating your food!!!)<\/em>, then make labels that spelled it out loud n\u2019 clear.\u00a0 &#8220;Touch my food, mister, and you are in big trouble.&#8221;\u00a0 &#8220;Don\u2019t mess with me!&#8221;\u00a0 And then peel and stick &#8217;em on your brown bag lunch!<\/p>\n<p>Spread the word \u2026 not the icing!<\/p>\n<p>Janice<br \/>\n<em><\/em>Life &amp;
