steer away from PB and Bananas; way too many calories.&#8221; \u00a0 But, at closer examination,\u00a0 I realized that &#8211; when prepared and ingested in moderation &#8211; the mighty duo was more than okay.\u00a0 In fact, PB&amp;B is an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ourladyofweightloss.com\">Our Lady of Weight Loss<\/a> approved combo!<\/p>\n<p>Here, from the OLofWL Kitchens, are 3 of Our Lady of Weight Loss&#8217;s BEST PB and BANANA Recipes to be savored as a snack, for breakfast, for lunch &#8230;\u00a0 heck, why not for dinner, too?!\u00a0\u00a0 Enjoy!!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Banana Roll-Up &#8211; Snack, Sandwich, Breakfast or Lunch !!!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 banana, peeled<br \/>\n1 small, 6 oz. corn tortilla<br \/>\n1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (if possible, grind your own!)<br \/>\n1 teaspoon honey<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Directions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spread peanut butter and honey on tortilla.<br \/>\nRoll banana in tortilla and slice in half.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hot off The Griddle Banana, Peanut Butter Sandwich<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>non-stick cooking spray<br \/>\n2 tablespoons peanut butter<br \/>\n2 slices light bread<br \/>\n1 banana, sliced<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.\u00a0 Coat with non-stick spray.<br \/>\nSpread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each slice of bread.<br \/>\nPlace banana slices onto the peanut buttered side of one slice.<br \/>\nTop with the other slice and press together firmly.<br \/>\n&#8220;Fry&#8221; the sandwich until golden brown on each side.\u00a0 (2 minutes or so each side!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***<\/p>\n<p><strong>Banana Banana Bread &#8211;\u00a0 Open Face Sandwich<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 banana<br \/>\n1\/3 cup low fat ricotta cheese<br \/>\n1 Tbsp honey<br \/>\n1 slice banana bread<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, stir ricotta cheese with honey.<br \/>\nSpread mixture on top of slice of banana bread.<br \/>\nPlace sliced bananas on top.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the word \u2026 not the icing!<\/p>\n<p>Janice<br \/>\n<em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Life &amp;
