What gets you moving???<br \/>\n1. Pretend your Madonna: Blast the music and dance in your underwear (when no one&#8217;s home, of course).<br \/>\n2. Remember the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EdJgTx0iFeE\">Hula-Hoop<\/a>? Let&#8217;s start it up again! Why not?<br \/>\n3. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4roC3wPt-Xw\">Hopscotch<\/a> was the one and only game I could play effectively when I was a kid. Grab some chalk, your kid or your neighbor&#8217;s and hit the sidewalks.<br \/>\n4. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZRSAlxm4o3E&amp;feature=PlayList&amp;p=18CF2FD05544CB62&amp;playnext=1&amp;playnext_from=PL&amp;index=3\">Walk backwards<\/a>. Get your friends together and do it in reverse. It works an entirely different set of muscles.
