Can you feel the difference?\u00a0 Hear the difference?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here follows two responses to that post!\u00a0 I invite you to think it through and feel free to send me your list &#8211; In the subject line please write <a href=\"mailto:janice@kickinthetushclub.com?subject=LETTING%20GO%20OF%20EXCESS&amp;body=What%20will%20losing%20weight%20give%20me%20that%20I%20wouldn\">&#8220;LETTING GO OF EXCESS&#8221;<\/a> &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Chewing the Fat<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif;\"><em><strong>Hello Janice and OLofWL,<\/strong><\/em> You asked what letting go of excess weight would give me, and I came up with 10 thoughts that have inspired me to set them as goals.\u00a0 Here goes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif;\">1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can clip, manicure and paint my toenails without effort.<br \/>\n2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can cross my legs and sit that way comfortably.<br \/>\n3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can accidentally glimpse my side view in a mirror and not have to grimace.<br \/>\n4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can breathe better, deeper and fully gain the benefits that breathing properly brings.<br \/>\n5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can walk without back pain.<br \/>\n6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In the morning when I arise, the only aches and pains I have to endure is from age and not excess poundage.<br \/>\n7)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can go clothes shopping and buy off the rack without spending an inordinate amount of time doing so and feel good about it!<br \/>\n8)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Physical endurance is improved 100%.<br \/>\n9)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can be released by my doctor from high blood pressure medications, etc.<br \/>\n10)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can climb stairs without needing a few minutes to catch my breath. &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There you have it.\u00a0 I started on my success journey! <em><strong>~ Angie<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif;\">From <em><strong>Betty S.<\/strong><\/em>,\u00a0 &#8220;No more, &#8216;Oh, hell no!&#8217; when trying on a pair of shorts (happened to me last week).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif;\"><strong>BRAVA Tushkateers Angie and Betty S.!\u00a0<\/strong> Good work!\u00a0 Keep thinking and listing your &#8216;reasons&#8217; to lose it! Get into the nitty gritty and see what that excess weight is really doing to you and keeping from you!\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #a52a2a;\">Most people spend more time and energy going around problems than in trying to solve them. ~ Henry Ford<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif;\">AND NOW more CHEWING the FAT<br \/>\n&#8230; from K.D.<span style=\"color: #a52a2a;\"> &#8220;WHY DO I KEEP DOING THIS?&#8221;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif;\"><em><strong>Dear OLofWL ~<\/strong><\/em> I had an emotionally upsetting two days this week that I did not even realize had affected me until I noticed that I was shoving candy and cookies into my mouth as fast as I could.\u00a0 I have always used sweets to comfort myself but usually I know when I am upset and that is why I am overeating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>What a wakeup call!
