This is because different brands sometimes have slightly different ingredients. Check the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestbonesforever.gov\/best_foods\/food_labels.cfm\">food label<\/a> to see how much calcium is in the food.\u00a0 Aim for 1,300 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestbonesforever.gov\/bbf\/dictionary.cfm#milligram\">milligrams<\/a> or 130% of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestbonesforever.gov\/bbf\/dictionary.cfm#percent_dv\">% Daily Value (%DV)<\/a> every day. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestbonesforever.gov\/best_foods\/calculator.cfm\"><strong>Add it up!<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 Foods with the <strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bestbonesforever.gov\/images\/star.gif\" alt=\"star\" width=\"15\" height=\"14\" \/><\/strong> icon in front of them may also be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestbonesforever.gov\/bbf\/dictionary.cfm\">fortified<\/a> with vitamin D.
