\nAs you may recall, a bit of anger came up on these pages last week<\/a>, and I decided to ‘make’ something out of it. (Ha! I crack myself up.)<\/em>
\nThe “Can Your Anger” pious project<\/strong>!
\nI recycled an empty coffee container into my own version of a \u2018miracle can\u2019 and have named it \u201cCan Your Anger.\u201d I filled it with flowers, and it now serves as a silent prayer that all anger be transformed into love.
\nAs promised, here is a photo of my “Can Your Anger” Miracle Can with instructions for your to make your own!<\/p>\n


\nSupplies:
\nWhite Gesso (primer) * 2 small Foam Brushes – 1\/2 inch size (or any brush) * Paint (of any color of kind you have) * Craft Glue * Photograph of a figure that represents love, peace and tranquility * water * flowers
\nInstructions:
\nPaint your empty can with a coat of white gesso, which is the same thing as primer. It creates a “tooth” on your can, so that it will hold the paint (no flaking!). I use small foam brushes, because they are cheap and can easily be thrown out. (I appreciate fast clean up.) * After the primer dries, put on a layer of paint (acrylic is fine; or even house paint) – color of your choosing. * When dry, paste on picture that you resonate with. My picture is a combination of a sunflower and Our Lady of Weight Loss; a mighty that I put together. * Fill with water. * Add beautiful flowers. * Feel empowered!
