Temptation is here, there and everywhere.\u00a0 Between one thing and the other, some of us mysteriously find that we either substitute sugar cookies for breakfast, or skip breakfast entirely (a way to make up for the overload of calories).<\/p>\n<p>While the importance of breakfast may not be the sexiest topic ever, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ourladyofweightloss.com\">Our Lady of Weight Loss<\/a> insisted that I share the following vital information with you!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Breakfast kick starts your day!<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 After forty years (yes 40!) of breakfast related studies that show without a doubt that kick-starting your day with breakfast is the healthy thing to do \u2013 for children and adults alike \u2013 people still tell me:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0\u201cOh, I just don\u2019t have the time for breakfast!\u201d<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Really?\u00a0 How much time does it take to down a bowl of cereal or a container of yogurt with a bit of fresh fruit?\u00a0 Or a hard-boiled egg, for that matter?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cI\u2019m not hungry in the morning.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>What time do you eat dinner?\u00a0 10 p.m.?
