It is a w i d e l y<\/big><\/strong><\/em> held belief within my family of origin that all us women are \u2018naturally fat.\u2019<\/p>\n

I get a giggle from that, don\u2019t you?<\/strong><\/em> So much energy expended on wishing to be \u2018naturally thin,\u2019 when the \u2018naturally fat\u2019 gene was implanted, like a computer chip, before I was born.
\nThe Taylor \u2018Fat Gene\u2019<\/strong> Theory has been passed down from generation to generation. It was seemingly predetermined. And, as a member of this illustrious group, I complied. As you know (or may not know)<\/em>, I was born fat \u2013 the only baby in the hospital nursery to gain weight.<\/p>\n

So why would someone like me, or you, <\/strong>who has this deeply rooted belief about themselves, whether passed down from mother to daughter, or father to son, or mother to son, or father to daughter \u2026 generation after generation, or a relatively new self-imposed belief that you are \u2018naturally fat,\u2019 even try to lose weight? <\/strong>
\n <\/big><\/p>\n

Our Lady of Weight Loss<\/a> Invites You to Refuse Delivery of the Family Fat Genes <\/strong><\/big><\/div>\n

<\/big>Take in a deep breath and let it go<\/strong> \u2026 on the exhale, see this negative belief float out the sides of you with the fall of your chest or stomach (note where your exhale is coming from), hear it gurgle, buzz, or even clink or clank its way from the inside to the outside, feel the possibilities and know that you now have a clear path to dream. Do NOT accept delivery of your ancestors\u2019 \u2018fat genes.\u2019<\/p>\n

Take stock of the various ideas,<\/strong> dreams and visions that are buried within. Be willing to invest in your dreams and yourself.<\/p>\n

Have faith in yourself<\/strong>. Trust your instincts.<\/p>\n

Question your beliefs <\/strong>that stand in your way of your ability to fully commit to yourself.<\/p>\n

Own your power<\/strong>; claim what\u2019s yours!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Spread the word \u2026 NOT the icing!<\/p>\n
