Are You Guilty???"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>&#8220;Genius begins great works; labor alone finishes them.&#8221;<\/strong> ~ Joseph Joubert<\/p>\n<p>Ought oh!!!!\u00a0 How genius am I if I begin great works but don\u2019t finish them?<\/p>\n<p>When we say that we are going to do something (like \u2018get healthy\u2019 or \u2018lose weight\u2019), we not only set our energy into motion, but we unofficially promise ourselves that we are going to \u201cdo,\u201d \u201cchange,\u201d and \u201cachieve\u201d something.<\/p>\n<p>I say \u2018unofficially promise,\u2019 because we don\u2019t use the promise word.\u00a0 We get an idea, a wave of enthusiasm washes over us and we say, \u201cYes!
