Kick Tush recipes from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ourladyofweightloss.com\">Our Lady of Weight Loss<\/a> kitchens!\u00a0 They are simple, easy, fast, delish &#8230; and perfect for your Cinco Celebration!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corn Salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><br \/>\n* 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed<br \/>\n* 1 medium tomato, seeded chopped<br \/>\n*\u00a0 1\/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion<br \/>\n* 1\/4 cup chopped red bell pepper<br \/>\n* 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped<br \/>\n* 1\/4 cup chopped cilantro<br \/>\n* 2 tbsp fresh lime juice<br \/>\n* dash of salt<\/p>\n<p><em>Instructions:<\/em><br \/>\nIn medium sized bowl, combine corn, tomato, onion and peppers. Add cilantro and lime juice.<br \/>\nSalt to taste. Toss it! Stir it!
