Relax. That&#8217;s really the point (or one point) of <a href=\"http:\/\/theidproject.org\/\">meditation<\/a> anyway &#8211; to learn how to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kansascity.com\/340\/story\/1428056.html\">labor day<\/a> by day more consistently, and relax completely into the discipline of mindful living.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a quote from my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shambhala.org\/\">Buddhist teacher<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Turning-Mind-Into-Sakyong-Mipham\/dp\/157322345X\/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1252332700&amp;sr=8-3\">Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche<\/a>, on how to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildmind.org\/applied\/stress\">reduce stress<\/a> completely. Seriously, could a guy who wasn&#8217;t relaxed and comfortable pull off a top like that? I think not.
