So what, as meditators, are you doing &#8211; as a daily <a href=\"http:\/\/theidproject.com\/\">mindfulness practice<\/a> &#8211; to heal the planet?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nHaving already made a good amount of progress in eliminating some disposible items from my routine &#8211; (like <a href=\"http:\/\/seattletimes.nwsource.com\/html\/politicsnorthwest\/2009552839_bag_fee_opponents_report_14_mi.html\">plastic bags<\/a>, disposible coffee cups, piles of napkins, etc.) &#8211; and having a <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vermicompost\">Vermicompost<\/a> bin in my home, I have moved on to food.
