It is a short film of an African community where <a href=\"http:\/\/www.poconorecord.com\/apps\/pbcs.dll\/article?AID=\/20080506\/multimedia02\/80505016\">plastic bags<\/a> are transformed from garbage into <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Djembe\">djembes<\/a>, which are a type of hand drum.
