My old, eccentric friend<\/span> Shuey<\/a> — with whom I once exited a high school geometry class via its first-floor window — alerted me to a fun make-your-own randomized album game on Facebook. I try to avoid Facebook as much as possible, but the game is fun, so I’m playing it here. Feel free to do it yourself, via Facebook or blog or on the corkboard at work.<\/p>\n

Here are the rules:<\/p>\n

1: Go to <\/span>http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Special:Random<\/a>
The first random Wikipedia article that comes up is the name of your band.<\/p>\n

2: Go to http:\/\/www.quotationspage.com\/random.php3<\/a><\/span>
The last four or five words of the very LAST quote on the page is the title of your first album.<\/p>\n

3: Go to http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/explore\/interesting\/7days<\/a><\/span>
The third picture in the top row, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.<\/p>\n

4: Use Photoshop or whatever to put it all together.<\/span><\/p>\n

5: Post it.<\/p>\n
