If you don’t mind, I’m going to be a little personal and a little self-indulgent today. After all, a guy doesn’t get to celebrate his 800th blog entry with Beliefnet everyday,<\/strong> does he?<\/p>\n

With that kind of a backlog of material, it’s easy for some good and valuable blog entries to get buried in the sands of time. Today I’d like to help correct that a little by putting together a comprehensive listing of my Ask An Astrologer<\/em><\/a> series. If you haven’t seen it before, Ask An Astrologer<\/em> is when I attempt to convey to you part of the experience of actually having a reading.<\/p>\n

Astrology isn’t just horoscopes and celebrity columns and stuff like that. Most of my work with astrology involves doing readings for real people in the real world, with real questions seeking real solutions.<\/strong> That’s why I do the job.<\/p>\n

Much of what I do is driven by love and relationships. There are all the usual questions about where can I find love<\/a><\/em>? Am I doing it wrong<\/em><\/a>? and of course the classic am I meant to be alone forever<\/em><\/a>?<\/p>\n

There is also the thorny issue of whether or not a relationship is worth keeping<\/em><\/a>, and I’ve spent plenty of time dealing with those matters too.<\/p>\n

A reading can cover a lot more than just your love life though. There are all the usual questions about finding work<\/a><\/em>, or finding the right work<\/em><\/a>, and how to handle money better<\/a><\/em>,\u00a0 and so on.\u00a0 And you’d be surprised (or maybe not) how often the subject of depression<\/a> <\/em>and physical health in general <\/em><\/a>comes up.<\/p>\n

Above and beyond that, there are matters of health and emotional stability<\/em><\/a> and larger spiritual or philosophical issues<\/em><\/a> but I often end up addressing. You might be surprised to find out how often the subject of fertility comes up<\/em><\/a>, and how helpful astrology can be with that<\/em><\/a>. And one way or another, we usually end up finding the right answers together.<\/p>\n

And every once in a while, my job is a simple matter of helping someone through their loss<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n
