THE PLANET:<\/strong> Neptune, named after the god of the ocean, which is entirely appropriate given that floaty feeling it gives people.<\/p>\n

WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU:<\/strong> Neptune is where you get your sense of spirituality, mysticism, and self-sacrifice in a good cause from. It’s also where a lot of delusion and addiction comes from.<\/p>\n

WHAT IT MEANS FOR LOVE AND ROMANCE:<\/strong> Delusion and addiction sound like bad things, sure. But have you ever wondered what it would be like to be in love with someone and yet not be the least bit unrealistic about them, ever? Sometimes love means having a wide-eyed sense of wonder about someone, even if they aren’t being particularly wonderful that day.<\/p>\n

WHAT IT DOES TO OTHERS (GOOD):<\/strong> Ideally, your Neptune can give your partner the feeling that they are loved and supported on a higher level than merely the material and observable.<\/p>\n

WHAT IT DOES TO OTHER PLANETS (BAD):<\/strong> Not so ideally, a lot of people start a relationship or maintain one based on an inherent misunderstanding of themselves and or their partner. is this a problem functional relationship, or is someone just being conned, by either the other person or themselves?<\/p>\n

HOW DO I WORK WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S NEPTUNE?<\/strong> Sit quietly on the floor or the bed facing each other. Taking turns, think about all the things you might want to say to your partner but can’t or won’t for some reason. Do not use words or gestures to communicate these things<\/p>\n
