Aaron Sorkin couldn&#8217;t write this any better,&#8221; tweeted diner Andy Boyle, a web developer for the <em>Boston Globe<\/em> newspaper. \u201cThese kids must be 21, tops. His main complaint? She doesn&#8217;t clean the dishes when his mom asks her to.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Boyle periodically sent his Twitter followers photos of the quarrelling couple, one of which which the <em>Daily Mail <\/em>published &#8212; taking eavesdropping to a new level with a not-so-subtle warning to us all. With the advent of the social media, cellphone cameras and the Internet, nobody&#8217;s lives are very private any more.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe is sobbing quite loud. He gets up and walks out. She stays. We all feel quite awkward. Do we console her? No one does anything,&#8221; tweeted Boyle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is back. She is telling him she didn&#8217;t cheat. He doesn&#8217;t believe her. He says he loves her anyway. He sits. We are more calm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnother unrelated couple, who has been giving me the \u2018can you believe this?\u2019 look, is hugging each other in response to this drama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Baby,\u2019 he says. \u2018I only say these things because I want you to be a better wife.\u2019 The restaurant does not believe him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe thinks it is unfair that he gets to play video games and she has to clean when \u2018his mother\u2019 tells her. We agree.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018If you loved me,\u2019 he says, \u2018you would want me to be happy.\u2019 We notice his argument is not swaying her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018I don&#8217;t want to hear it!\u2019 she shouts. The tables are turned: She is now accusing him of lying, of what we do not know.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Why did you even marry me?\u2019 he asks. \u2018Because I loved you,\u2019 she responds. \u2018Loved me?\u2019 We all notice the past tense.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cApparently they both think the other cheated because of missed phone calls on occasion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018A big lie and a small lie are the same thing,\u2019 he says. \u2018And I told you not to lie!\u2019&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>At that point, Boyle recorded a audio segmend of the quarrel and posted it\u00a0on Twitter.\u00a0He then continued the detailed account:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018I am a gentleman,\u2019 he says. She stands up at his audacity and states out the window. Someone&#8217;s phone on speaker is blocking their chat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Go!\u2019 she says. \u2018Run away like a scared little boy!\u2019 He continues sitting, eating his fries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe has moved to another table, still facing him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Let&#8217;s go outside,\u2019 she says. \u2018Why? Let&#8217;s do this here. Everyone needs to know what kind of a wife you are.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is now critiquing how she dressed at a party recently. \u2018I like dressing like that,\u2019 she says. \u2018I get to decide how you dress,\u2019 he says.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is now swearing a lot, mentioning something about cutting his hand in the dishwasher (?) and that&#8217;s why he shouldn&#8217;t clean dishes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018It was only one time!\u2019 he admits. \u2018I only did one time, too!\u2019 she says. \u2018That doesn&#8217;t make us even.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018You want to bring up the slap? I&#8217;ll bring up everything. It wasn&#8217;t a punch. If it was, I would&#8217;ve left,\u2019 he says.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span>Boyle tweeted that the argument continued as the husband told his wife if she loved him she would wash the dishes when asked to so he would not have to interrupt his video game playing. <\/span><span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The husband also told his wife he should decide how she dresses, according to the tweets. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>After storming out of the Burger King for a second time, Boyle said the couple begrudgingly embraced and left the restaurant. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8220;&#8216;Their chair is now empty, just like the love in their marriage.
