The Financial Times<\/em> is reporting that before an unauthorized trader at the Swiss investment firm\u00a0UBS lost $2 billion in trades, he posted on his Facebook account: “Need a miracle.”<\/p>\n

Although the\u00a0firm has\u00a0yet to identify the alleged rogue trader, police reportedly have taken into custody 31-year-old Kweku Adoboli. On his\u00a0Linkedin account, he lists that he works as a “director in European equity trading” for the Zurich-based bank.<\/p>\n

His\u00a0Facebook profile\u00a0has been\u00a0taken down, but the Financial Times<\/em> reports\u00a0his final entry offered the request for divine intervention.<\/p>\n
