And it’s going to stay there, Judge Nushin Sayfie held today, denying a motion by a lawyer for a defendant in a triple-murder case to have the sign in his courtroom removed, the Miami Herald<\/em> reports.<\/p>\n

The objecting lawyer\u00a0represents Samuel Cadillon, one of three suspected gang members accused in the daylight gun ambush that killed three men riding in a van in Miami.<\/p>\n
