The Buckmen, a group of famous outdoorsmen including Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Willie Robertson, recently got together to discuss America\u2019s need for Jesus. During their conversation, the group was asked, \u201cDo you think that our country right now more than ever needs Jesus, or is that just a worry that we have that every generation has?\u201d<\/p>\n

Former MLB player Tombo Martin responded, saying, \u201cNot only is it the truth, but I mean we need to quit talking about it and put boots on the ground,\u201d referring to the need to take action and bring America back to Jesus. Country singer Jason Aldean added, \u201cIt\u2019s like taking prayer out of school and all that, that was kind of the beginning of the snowball, you know? It\u2019s like, \u2018Oh, we got that. Now let\u2019s go for something else,\u2019 you know, and it just at some point it just becomes a snowball effect.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer isn\u2019t sure whether previous generations had it better, but he emphasized that they lived in \u201csimpler\u201d times. Aldean explained, adding that bringing prayer back into schools would be a good place to start. \u201cYou didn\u2019t have the age of the internet and social media and people being able to get on there and study every single thing.\u201d Fellow country star Tyler Farr continued, \u201cIt was one nation under God. You said that in the Pledge of Allegiance.\u201d However, \u201cThere is hope,\u201d Martin\u00a0chimed in<\/a>, referencing former MLB player Adam LaRoche\u2019s E3 Ranch Foundation.<\/p>\n
