However, do you think that candidates should actually name names&#8211;tell us specifically who they would like to see on the court?&nbsp; Would you recommend that Senator McCain find a way to work in a few names under questioning by Tom Brokaw in Tuesday&#8217;s debate even if Tom doesn&#8217;t ask a question on the topic?&nbsp; I think most readers are now aware that this year nobody has to answer the question asked. A member of the Washington, D.C. and U.S. Supreme Court bar, Lynn earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1978.
