When we are in alignment our life flows with ease.<\/p>\n

Teach your child to let Spirit lead rather then emotions, the mind or the ego. It’s a powerful life lesson that will support them each and every day.<\/p>\n

Here is my Conscious Living Wisdom Card text for Alignment:\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

For You<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our higher self holds our life plan. When we are in alignment with our higher self, we experience a grace and ease to our daily life.\u00a0 When we are out of alignment, life just doesn’t flow smoothly. It is when our ego or our mind takes control that things get bumpy.\u00a0 The mind and the ego work from a place of control and control is contrary to living consciously.\u00a0 If you have drawn the Alignment card, take some time each day to bring yourself into alignment with your higher self.\u00a0 Close your eyes and envision the mental, ego and emotional aspects of yourself aligning with your higher self.\u00a0 Don\u2019t worry if you aren\u2019t sure what these aspects are or how to go about \"\"<\/a>bringing them into alignment. Just intend the alignment and it will begin to happen.\u00a0 Do this exercise daily and watch your life flow.<\/p>\n

For Your Child<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Alignment card for your child holds a different message.\u00a0 A child is naturally connected to her higher self, until she is taught otherwise.\u00a0 Remember to respect and encourage the natural connection your child has to her higher information.\u00a0 Honor what she sees even if you can\u2019t see it. If you observe your child shutting down this natural connection, whether because of external or internal experiences, remind her about it.\u00a0 The Alignment card may also mean that you and your child have been at odds with each other. As a mom you have an opportunity to encourage communication. It may help to view life from a different perspective and to remember that parenting and controlling are two different approaches. Think about whether there is a way for you and your child to find a common ground.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
