Some of today\u2019s leading authorities on stress believe this modern-day pandemic has become so pervasive that we\u2019ve simply adapted to this unhealthy condition.<\/p>\n<p>Stress ages us, it creates mental and emotional overload, creativity, clarity and decision making abilities decline, it causes aches and pains, adds fat to our belly area, fragments our thinking and can make us exceptionally irritable and unpleasant to be around.
