We often take our hearts for granted until it\u2019s too late because a problem develops. A great act of self-love is to make an effort to do things that are healthy for your heart: exercise, watching your cholesterol, eating healthy food, and avoiding stress.<\/p>\n<p>According to self-love ambassador, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestpracticeshealthyheart.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Sarah A.
